Gwo Kako é ti Dousin ay (Dark chocolate, cashew nougat chips and pieces of caramelized and salted roasted cashew nuts), or in other words, the embodiment of gluttony is the exclusive flavor of this end of 2023.
 It is made with a base of strong dark chocolate ice cream to which we have added pieces of cashew nougat, the famous "sik a nwa!"
 However, we decided to top it all off with some roasted cashews caramelized with a finely salted caramel, because without that, it wasn't delicious enough.
